I've taken 3 courses of SketchbookSKool and found them to be inspiring. I do like the fact that there are several teachers with different styles. A real eye-opener, that is. Got to know of Danny through EverydayMatters some years ago online. I have two of his books. He's inspired so may people around the world. The man deserves a medal for creating something good in a world where media is so focussed on the negative.

Really interesting. I'm one of the thousands initially inspired by Danny. Reading Everyday Matters changed my life overnight and my mother is still so chuffed, 8 years on, that it was a gift from her that started my career. I'm now the author of one bestselling book on urban sketching and am currently writing two more: I teach all over Europe and my students are just the best people you could ever meet. The best bit is that I draw every day – and reap all the joy that that brings. All thanks to Danny and that birthday present!
